Use this API to fetch pre-approved Meta Library Templates. For common use cases such as delivery updates, account updates and reminders, Meta has now come up with pre-defined utility templates which allows for quick template creation and need not go through approvals as long as there's no change in the description/text of the template (apart from the variables).
