Introduction

This guide outlines the key changes and enhancements to the Wallet PMP Impact, Partner API changes to help users adapt smoothly, introduced Per-Message Pricing (PMP) in alignment with Meta's new pricing model for the WhatsApp Business Platform, effective July 1, 2025.

Wallet Home Page

Below are the New Cards added in the UI:

• Marketing Templates
• Authentication Templates
• Utility Templates
• International Authentication Templates

Wallet Usage Page

Introduced a pie chart and that displays the breakdown of templates used with the following categories as:

• Marketing Templates
• Utility Templates
• Authentication Templates
• International Authentication Templates
• Free Messages (Free tier, Free Utility, Referrals)

Also, added a Table with the columns for all the above categories.

Wallet Statement

Wallet Statement now displays the following Categories in WhatsApp Fee (waFees):

• Marketing Templates
• Marketing Templates (MM Lite)
• Authentication Templates
• Utility Templates
• International Authentication Templates

These columns are also present in the CSV versions of wallet statements sent via email.
