Solution Partners
Solution Partners(SP) provide WhatsApp Business Platform services to other businesses. Solution Partners take care of the credit line extended to the businesses, removing the need businesses to enter their own payment methods.
Solution Partners also have access to dedicated support from Meta, which helps their customers i.e businesses for quick resolution of concerns with Meta.
Tech Providers
Tech Provider Program, enables third-party developers (ISVs) to work with a Solution Provider like Gupshup. This program presents a valuable opportunity for businesses to leverage Meta's ecosystem and work together to develop joint solutions that can benefit all parties involved.
Benefits of Tech Provider Program
- ISVs can benefit from several advantages as a Tech Provider(TP). These advantages may include:
Permission to manage an end business’s account and perform action on behalf of the business (e.g. manage templates, get webhook events, etc.) - Tech Providers can onboard businesses on their own platform using Embedded Signup. Alternatively, they can delegate this to Gupshup to host the embedded signup flow.
- Tech Providers will be eligible to become a Tech Partner with access to the Meta Partner Directory and various marketing and training resources.
- You can continue to access the Solution Partners' credit line if you partner with a Solution Partner like Gupshup.
